Student Rules
- Always be respectful, no discourteous behavior to anyone at anytime.
- Respect people watching class. No walking around in lobby, no loud talking.
- No running in lobby or warm-up area.
- No gum chewing in class
- No jewlery in class. This is very important for everyones safety. All jewlery must be removed before class with the exception of wedding bands.
- Students should arrive 15 minutes early to warm-up and stretch.
- Full uniforms are required for "A" days, school T-shirts may be worn for "B" days.
- Full uniforms are required for all testings.
- Sparring gear is required on all "B" days. No class credit will be given.
- Uniforms for class should always be clean and neat, long hair tied back, and finger & toe nails trimmed.
